Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Welcome to the Journal of Pedagogy Outcome and Progressive Information (JPOPI). We invite you to submit your manuscripts for consideration. To ensure a smooth submission process and to meet the standards of our journal, please follow these author guidelines:

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Scope: JPOPI publishes original research articles, case studies, review papers, and theoretical discussions related to pedagogy and educational outcomes. Manuscripts should contribute to the understanding and implementation of effective pedagogical practices.

  • Formatting:

    • File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
    • Font: Use a standard font such as Times New Roman, size 12.
    • Line Spacing: Double-spaced throughout the manuscript.
    • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
    • Page Numbers: Include page numbers on all pages.
  • Structure: Manuscripts should include the following sections:

    • Title Page: Title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information of the corresponding author.
    • Abstract: A concise summary of up to 250 words including key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
    • Keywords: 4-6 keywords.
    • Introduction: Background, objectives, and research questions.
    • Methodology: Detailed description of research design, methods, and procedures.
    • Results: Presentation of findings with appropriate use of tables and figures.
    • Discussion: Interpretation of results, implications, and relevance to the field.
    • Conclusion: Summary of findings and future research directions.
    • References: Follow the [Insert Citation Style, e.g., APA, Chicago] style for citations and references.
  • Figures and Tables: Should be included within the manuscript file at the appropriate locations. Ensure that all figures and tables are numbered and have descriptive captions.

2. Submission Process

  • Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted via the JPOPI online submission system at [Insert Submission Link]. Authors must register and create an account before submitting.

  • Cover Letter: Include a cover letter with your submission, stating the significance of the research, confirming that the manuscript is original, and noting any potential conflicts of interest.

  • Supplementary Materials: Any supplementary materials should be submitted as separate files. These may include additional data, appendices, or multimedia files.

3. Review and Publication

  • Peer Review: All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the field.

  • Revision: Authors may be required to make revisions based on reviewer feedback. Please resubmit revised manuscripts within the specified timeframe, including a detailed response to reviewers' comments.

  • Proofs: Authors will receive proofs of their accepted manuscripts for final approval before publication.

4. Ethical Considerations

  • Research Integrity: Ensure that all research is conducted ethically, and obtain necessary approvals for studies involving human or animal subjects.

  • Conflict of Interest: Disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest related to the research.
